Australian Fijians announce Battle of the Bati squad to tour Fiji.

The Australian Fijians yesterday selected squads for the FNRL’s Battle of the Bati tournament in Fiji.

Head Coach Daryll Neville announced the 21 man senior squad to tour Fiji and will conduct a team medical and training session at Waterloo Oval on Tuesday September 28 at 5.30pm:

Head Coach Neville is excited about picking a team full of youth with an average age of 22 with Brayden Wiliame (Melbourne Storm) and Paul Rokolati (Sydney Roosters) being the babies of the tour at the ages of 18.

“This is the way the Australian Fijians is heading in the future with our youth policy and this makes the future of Rugby League in Fiji look so promising building towards the World Cup in 2013.” said coach Neville.
