AFRL Annual Fundraiser - Tropical Passion to be held at Mascot RSL on Saturday June 27 as tickets sell fast.

he AFRL’s second installment of its annual mid season fundraiser - Tropical Passion will be held at Mascot RSL on Saturday June 27. With over four weeks to go tickets are selling extremely quickly and the AFRL urge all players, members and supporters to get there tickets as only a limited number will be sold.
 
Tropical Passion is a night dedicated to traditional pacific island food and entertainment and is also the AFRL’s first opportunity to officially welcome its new sponsors, board members and staff in public.
 
AFRL Marketing manager Steve Driscoll is particularly excited about this year’s event with the Australian Fijians 2009 strip to be launched at the event and a new major sponsor to be announced also.
 
“We have some new partners on board with the AFRL this year particularly with Kooga coming on board to launch our new 2009 jersey. Hand in hand with this we will also announce our end of season playing itinary for our senior and junior teams as well as an announcement of a new major sponsor. What a way to celebrate all of the above with a traditional island buffet and entertainment on what is always our most colourful night of the year.”
